The De Paola Law Firm, with offices in Rome and Florence, was founded in the late 1980s by the late Avv. Gabriele De Paola, formerly Avvocato dello Stato and later Avvocato del Foro di Firenze, registered with the Florence Bar Association as well as a patrocinante in Cassazione.
Lawyer Benedetta De Paola, of the Rome Bar and registered with the Rome Bar Association, has been practicing law since 2002 and is the owner of the law firm of the same name located in Rome, Largo della Fontanella di Borghese No. 84. Said firm operates throughout the country, thanks to a well-established network of professional collaborations.
She is also qualified to practice before the Superior Magistrates ' Courts and has qualified as an Overindebtedness Crisis Manager with the Organismo per la Composizione della Crisi (OCC) of the Court of Rome.
