  • Consumer Plan, which is reserved for individuals and allows them to formulate a proposal for a plan to renegotiate their debt to their creditors;
  • Crisis settlement agreement, intended for professionals, entrepreneurs, agricultural entrepreneurs and innovative start-ups, aims to restructure debt in a sustainable way;
  • Asset Liquidation, is an option available to consumers, businesses and professionals that allows the liquidation of assets owned by them to satisfy creditors, this with the aim of achieving complete financial rehabilitation.

The successful completion of the above procedures also provides for the deletion of reports against bad payers from the databases, thus restoring their financial credibility.
